The role also involves acting as the lead project manager for strategic programs, defining and managing service performance metrics, and supporting financial management and planning. The Vice President will be responsible for non-financial risk oversight, establishing governance routines, and leading people engagement and internal communication initiatives. Applicants must have a proven track record in delivering change and continuous improvement initiatives, strong program and project management capabilities, and experience in service performance management. A working knowledge of financial planning and reporting, particularly in partnership with finance, is essential. The role requires a candidate with strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint/Teams.
