Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead financial strategy, strengthen business planning and profitability, and establish funding and capital structures that support sustainable growth. The role oversees financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis, translating findings into recommendations on investment and resource allocation. Responsibilities include diversifying funding sources, structuring and negotiating financing, evaluating profitability, managing liquidity and financial risks, and ensuring accurate accounting, audit, tax, and regulatory processes. The CFO will also support board and investor communications, develop finance leaders, and improve the processes and systems needed to scale. Candidates should have more than 12 years of finance experience, including at least four years leading finance in a credit business, financial technology company, or financial institution. Required expertise includes financial planning and analysis, modeling, budgeting, profitability assessment, and structuring financing for credit businesses, including public-market portfolio securitizations. Applicants should understand loan portfolio metrics, institutional investor requirements, and relationships with funders, intermediaries, and rating agencies, and have experience leading managers across a finance function. Negotiation-level Spanish and English are required, along with strategic judgment, analytical depth, hands-on execution, adaptability, integrity, and strong leadership and communication skills.
