Chief of Staff

The Company is in search of a Chief of Staff to the Director of ATS Mexico, 3P Carriers and US Out of Country for LATAM. This pivotal role goes beyond coordination, as the successful candidate will serve as the Director's proxy and closest advisor, holding delegated decision authority and representing the Director in various forums. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for framing and owning the decision-making process, as well as carrying the Director's talent and planning agenda. A key aspect of the role is to be the AI champion for the organization, pushing for the redesign of processes in the context of AI transformation. The ideal candidate will have a structured yet adaptable approach, be comfortable with ambiguity, and have the ability to earn trust quickly across functions and countries. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position should have a minimum of 5 years' program or project management experience, with a strong background in using data and metrics to drive improvements. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, fluency in English, and experience in communicating and presenting to senior leadership. The Chief of Staff will also be involved in talent and org agenda, running culture mechanisms, and integrating cross-team problems. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, capable of influencing senior leaders, and will be expected to pressure test the Director's thinking, and coach leaders on building scalable mechanisms. The role demands a high level of discernment, the ability to identify and focus on the most critical issues, and a commitment to the values of the organization.
