The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) for its Execution team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and reporting on property operations, sponsor performance, and credit. This role involves proposing actions to maintain loan performance and maximize asset value, as well as proactively monitoring and analyzing the financial performance of assets. The COO will also be tasked with preparing and presenting credit recommendations, interacting with various external and internal transaction parties, and contributing to the timely completion of asset reviews and related reporting. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' of experience, with at least 6-7 years' in multifamily asset management, transaction management, or underwriting. The role requires a candidate with excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills, who can work well under tight deadlines and manage priorities effectively. A degree in finance or real estate is required, with a preference for a Master's degree. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial statement analysis, portfolio management, and a high proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft programs. Experience in multifamily underwriting, particularly with affordable housing projects, and a proven track record of assessing and managing risk are also essential.
