Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive leadership team, supporting business strategy and profitable growth. The CFO will lead finance, accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, cash flow management, and reporting. Responsibilities include improving financial and operational performance through KPIs and analytics; assessing profitability across products, customers, channels, and initiatives; and overseeing budgeting, forecasting, working capital, inventory analysis, and financial modeling. The role will also build scalable processes and controls, develop the finance team, and support strategic transactions and future exit readiness. Candidates should bring CFO or senior finance leadership experience in consumer products, durable goods, or branded products, along with strong commercial and operational finance capabilities. Experience with multichannel distribution and businesses involving significant inventory, working capital, and supply chain considerations is important; private equity experience, including board reporting and value creation, is preferred. The ideal candidate combines executive communication and influencing skills with the ability to build financial infrastructure in a growth-oriented environment. A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required; a CPA or MBA is preferred.
