Fractional Managing Director

The Company is in search of a Managing Director to serve as the Head of Capital Deployment in Italy. This senior leadership role is pivotal in driving the company's expansion and investment activities in the country. The successful candidate will be the key figure in the domestic market, responsible for leading all investment initiatives in industrial and logistics real estate. This includes originating and executing transactions in the sector, from industrial properties to last-mile logistics facilities. The role demands a seasoned professional with over 15 years' experience in the Italian industrial and logistics real estate market, a proven track record in deal origination and closure, and a strong expertise in financial structuring and transaction execution. As the Head of Capital Deployment, the Managing Director will also be tasked with building and developing a robust investment platform, compliant with institutional standards, and will be the driving force behind value creation and platform growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of the Italian industrial real estate market, including key logistics corridors, and a well-established network of contacts with industry stakeholders. An entrepreneurial mindset, operational autonomy, and a results-oriented approach are essential, as are excellent communication and interpersonal skills at the highest corporate levels. Familiarity with ESG frameworks and a strong command of the English language are also required for this role.
