Executive Director of Transformation & Regional Delivery

The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Transformation and Regional Delivery to lead a pivotal phase in its evolution. This senior leadership role is focused on driving organizational transformation, developing a regionally led operating model, and ensuring national consistency and excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic delivery, building and strengthening partnerships, leading volunteer and community engagement strategy, and providing executive oversight of the people function. A key aspect of the role is to work closely with the Board and Trustees on governance and performance, and to monitor delivery against strategic objectives, budgets, and risks. Candidates for this role should have a proven track record in senior leadership within the charity, public, or voluntary sector, with a strong background in leading transformation and change. Experience in working with partnerships, communities, or dispersed teams is essential, as is the ability to influence and manage stakeholders effectively. The role requires an inclusive, collaborative, and empowering leadership style, with the ability to translate strategy into measurable outcomes. The Executive Director will also be expected to champion culture, leadership development, and employee engagement, and to have experience working with Boards and governance structures.
