Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to spearhead its enterprise cyber security strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for protecting digital revenue streams, customer data, and operational continuity. This pivotal role involves defining a security roadmap that is in line with the company's rapid digital growth, franchise operations, and supply chain dependencies. The CISO will be measured on their ability to reduce risk exposure, enhance incident containment, and improve executive confidence in security controls. Key responsibilities include regular engagement with the Board and Executive Leadership, overseeing security operations, incident response, and third-party risk management, and driving security governance and compliance programs across the business. Applicants for the CISO position at the company should have a proven track record in a similar role within complex, customer-facing organizations. The role requires a leader with strong commercial acumen, the ability to translate cyber risk into business terms, and deep knowledge of regulations such as PCI DSS, GDPR, and NIS2. Experience in operational technology and supply chain security is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will have relevant security certifications and be adept at influencing senior stakeholders across multiple functions and regions. The CISO will also be tasked with building cyber capabilities for AI, cloud, and OT risk areas, and embedding security into product, digital, and franchise operations to support safe growth.
