Associate General Counsel, Corporate, Transactions & Finance

The Company is seeking an Associate General Counsel with a focus on corporate, transactions, and finance. This senior leadership role involves providing high-level legal counsel on a wide range of matters, including corporate transactions, finance and tax issues, governance, employee benefits, international operations, and other strategic business initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and leading mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions, as well as overseeing legal due diligence, structuring, and negotiation. Collaboration with internal and external teams, particularly in the areas of finance and tax, is essential. The role also includes advising on corporate governance, entity management, and the development of compliance programs, as well as providing legal guidance on international operations and commercial agreements. Applicants for this role should have a minimum of 12 years' legal experience, with a background that includes a combination of top law firm and/or sophisticated in-house experience in the relevant areas. The ideal candidate will be a pragmatic, business-minded attorney with a proven track record of managing multiple priorities, influencing stakeholders, and translating legal concepts into practical business solutions. Strong communication skills, high integrity, and the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics are essential.
