Senior Vice President of Operations

The Company is seeking a senior operations leader to oversee global manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, quality, and regulatory functions. The role focuses on reducing costs, improving product quality and service, and establishing durable operating processes across a multinational, multi-site organization. Responsibilities include transforming operations, building accountable leadership teams, implementing robust planning and continuous-improvement practices, and managing operating plans, expenses, and cash flow. The leader will also ensure regulatory compliance, strengthen quality systems, and collaborate on strategic initiatives and business integration. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in operations, manufacturing, engineering, or a related discipline, and more than 20 years of manufacturing and operations leadership experience, including multinational, multi-site responsibility. Experience in life sciences or another highly regulated manufacturing environment is required; expertise in Lean, continuous improvement, S&OP, automation, new product introduction, process validation, and production scale-up is important. Applicants should bring strong strategic and financial acumen, a record of sustainable improvements in cost, quality, and service, and experience integrating acquired businesses and developing high-performing teams. Exceptional leadership, communication, and change-management skills are essential.
