Vice President of Loan Administration Greater Missoula, MT Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Loan Administration to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for lending support functions. Responsibilities include leading and developing staff, setting operational standards, balancing workloads, and ensuring timely, accurate service. The role will improve end-to-end workflows, establish performance metrics, maintain procedures, and coordinate lending technology enhancements and automation. The successful candidate will also resolve complex operational issues, support strategic initiatives, and ensure processes comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, banking, management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, along with at least seven years of relevant banking or lending operations experience and three years in a leadership role. Required qualifications include strong knowledge of lending processes, loan documentation, regulatory requirements, and banking operations, as well as experience leading process improvements and cross-functional projects. Continuing education is required to maintain job knowledge. Advanced banking education or certification, lending technology experience, and experience supporting multi-market operations are preferred.
