Head of Operations

The Company is seeking a Head of Operations to build and scale its business operations. The role includes hiring, training, and empowering the team; overseeing client onboarding and readiness checks; and monitoring performance to identify and address operational issues. The successful candidate will develop processes, procedures, and back-office tools, prepare investor-grade statements and reports, and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders. They will also contribute to compliance operations, regulatory reporting, and audit preparation. Candidates should hold a university degree and have at least three years of leadership experience in fintech or regulated online gaming. Relevant experience includes B2B platform operations or risk and bankroll management, preparing for and managing external audits, and building processes and procedures. The role calls for an entrepreneurial, data-driven approach, strong analytical skills, and the ability to create queries and models to validate results. Applicants should understand BCT and gross and net gaming revenue mechanics, and communicate excellently in English.
