Executive Director

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead the financial, human resources, and operational management of a senior living community. The role oversees all departments, including resident care, sales, culinary, housekeeping, activities, and maintenance, while ensuring a welcoming, safe environment that supports residents’ independence and well-being. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, coaching, and managing staff; building relationships with residents and families; developing budgets; and monitoring departmental performance. The Executive Director also partners with sales and marketing to support occupancy goals and addresses urgent operational needs. Candidates should have at least three years of management experience in senior housing, such as assisted living, memory care, or long-term care. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree is preferred. The role calls for strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and financial management skills, along with advanced computer and Microsoft Office proficiency. Candidates must be willing to obtain a valid driver’s license if needed and, where required, state administrator certification within 90 days of employment.
