Associate Vice President of Operations

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President of Operations to oversee the operations and supply chain of its fast-growing manufacturing division. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving technological upgradation, automation, and capacity expansion on a global scale. This role also involves leading the team in the implementation of various operational excellence initiatives such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen, with a focus on achieving business excellence and contributing to both employee and customer satisfaction. Applicants must have a minimum of 12-25 years' of experience, with at least 5 years' at a senior management level in a fast-growing, world-class manufacturing organization. Experience in fastener manufacturing, including operations, vendor development, sales, and support functions, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in fastener manufacturing and the latest trends in operations management, as well as exposure to fastener processes such as hot forging, heat treatment, machining, thread rolling, and different coatings. Managerial skills required include being a team player with proven leadership qualities, strategic planning and implementation capabilities, and strong analytical and data-oriented skills.
