The Company is seeking a Mumbai Site Lead to take on the role of Vice President in Facilities Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the strategy, performance, and continuous improvement of the workplace experience at the Mumbai location. This pivotal role involves translating enterprise, regional, and local priorities into high-value outcomes for employees and business stakeholders, with a strong focus on service delivery, people management, budget, vendors, risk, projects, and sustainability. The Site Lead will also be tasked with anticipating emerging needs, building evidence-based business cases, and influencing decisions to enhance operational resilience and workplace effectiveness. Key responsibilities for the Mumbai Site Lead include setting and executing the workplace strategy, partnering with business leaders to prioritize needs, and leading a diverse team to ensure clear goals and strong performance. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in client service, budget ownership, supplier management, and cross-functional project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10-18 years' of relevant industry experience, a Bachelor's degree, and a Facilities Management Professional certification or equivalent. Core capabilities required for this position include strategic and commercial leadership, strong financial acumen, and excellent communication skills. The role also requires proficiency in integrated workplace management systems, data analysis, and financial modeling tools to support evidence-based decision-making.
