Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead its finance and strategy function and support its next stage of growth. The CFO will oversee the financial function end to end, including financial strategy, capital allocation, board-level reporting, fundraising, banking relationships, and working-capital structuring. Responsibilities also include establishing corporate governance and delegation frameworks, overseeing statutory compliance and audits, and developing commodity-price risk and foreign-exchange hedging strategies. The CFO will partner with senior leadership to prepare and guide the organization through a public listing while building and leading the finance team. Candidates should have 12–25 years of experience and a CA, CFA, or MBA in Finance. Proven financial leadership in manufacturing is required, with commodity or metals experience strongly preferred. Applicants should bring hands-on experience across pre-listing, listing, and post-listing phases, along with a track record of working with boards, raising capital, and making strategic decisions.
