The Company is seeking a Senior Lead Reviewer for its Credit Risk Review (CRR) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing independent and objective assurance over the effectiveness of credit risk management, with a focus on identifying, monitoring, and mitigating current and emerging risks. This role involves managing CRR Wholesale Review Entities, executing business monitoring and reviews, and assessing the quality of credit risk management processes. The Senior Lead Reviewer will also be expected to propose solutions to risk and control issues, maintain contact with management, and ensure the use of AI-enabled tools to enhance analytical depth and streamline review execution. Applicants must have 8 to 16 years' of experience in banking, finance, accounting, economics, or business administration, with a background in credit or financial statement analysis. Strong analytical skills, knowledge of credit policy matters, and experience in risk analysis and management processes are essential. The role requires the ability to recognize emerging risks, including operational risk, and a good understanding of capital markets products. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AI-enabled tools is necessary, as is the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree preferred, and regulatory experience or a similar role at another institution is desirable.
