Vice President, Technical Program Manager Greater Mumbai, India Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Technical Program Manager to coordinate execution across multiple engineering teams and align business priorities with technical delivery. Responsibilities include managing request intake, scope, and prioritization; tracking resources and progress; identifying risks and capacity gaps; and maintaining consistent delivery across distributed teams. The role will partner with technical and business stakeholders, remove blockers, and improve delivery practices and operational maturity. It also requires using AI tools to support productivity and representing technical progress to executive stakeholders. Candidates should have at least seven years of technical program management experience, including direct involvement in engineering-led delivery and a record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives across teams and time zones. They should be skilled in intake management, prioritization, resource tracking, and driving work through to completion. The role requires the technical fluency to discuss systems architecture and dependencies without hands-on coding, along with experience in digital assets and financial markets, including retail finance technology. Software engineering experience or hands-on experience with data platforms is an advantage.
