Head of BU Product Management, Security Systems

The Company is seeking a Head of Business Unit Product Management to lead the product and service portfolio for a major, internationally oriented business unit. Responsibilities include developing and implementing portfolio strategy, advancing digital services and platform solutions, and modernizing existing software platforms, particularly in cloud environments. The role also involves identifying market trends and customer needs, expanding strategic partnerships, and improving product development, launch, and lifecycle processes. The successful candidate will lead teams across multiple locations and oversee budgets, business cases, and progress toward strategic goals. Candidates should have a degree in industrial engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, or a comparable field, along with several years of leadership experience in product, portfolio, or business management for technical solutions. Relevant industry knowledge in security, building, or related technologies is required, as is a record of developing digital and service-based business models. Applicants should bring experience with partnerships and ecosystems, modern software platforms and cloud technologies, and leadership of interdisciplinary teams. Strong strategic and execution skills, executive-level communication, and fluency in German and English are also required.
