The Company is in search of an AI Program Lead at the Vice President level to spearhead the transformation of legal operations through the implementation of AI initiatives. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader, responsible for aligning AI programs with the enterprise's legal and regulatory strategies. This role demands a visionary with a proven track record in AI and analytics, particularly in the areas of Generative AI, Agentic AI, and advanced machine learning. The AI Program Lead will be the key liaison between legal, business, technology, and advanced analytics teams, ensuring that the AI solutions developed are in line with the company's operational excellence and compliance standards. Key responsibilities for the AI Program Lead include end-to-end delivery of in-house AI solutions, establishing robust governance and risk management frameworks, and driving change management to ensure the adoption of AI tools across global legal teams. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial services operations, corporate legal operations, and risk and control frameworks. They must possess exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels of the organization. A Bachelor's degree in a STEM, business, law, or related field is required, with a preference for a Master's degree or advanced certification.
