Vice President, KYC Customer Onboarding & Enhanced Customer Due Diligence

The Company is seeking a Vice President to lead customer onboarding and enhanced due diligence operations, ensuring compliance with Know Your Customer and financial crime obligations. The role oversees analysts conducting ongoing due diligence reviews for medium-risk customers, while setting performance expectations, coaching team members, and monitoring service levels and quality. Responsibilities include coordinating with business stakeholders, managing operational risks and audit actions, supporting workforce planning, and delivering process improvements and change initiatives. The Vice President will also lead governance and reporting, maintain procedures, and ensure operational changes meet regulatory and legal requirements. Candidates should have at least 15 years of experience in customer onboarding, refresh, or periodic reviews, with knowledge of corporate and institutional or markets products, processes, and systems. At least 10 years of people-management experience and a record of transitioning, leading, and scaling teams are required. Applicants should bring experience in process improvement, transformation, request servicing, authorisations, and productivity or resource management tools. Knowledge of AML/CTF legislation, strong written and verbal communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to manage performance, development, and compliance are also essential.
