The Company is in search of a hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day accounting operations, managing cash flow, banking relationships, and ensuring compliance with bank covenants. This role involves supervising accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and leading the monthly financial close process to guarantee timely and accurate financial reporting. The CFO will also be involved in coordinating sales and use tax filings, and quarterly reporting, and will work closely with the company's CPA firm. Additionally, the CFO will partner with an HR Generalist to oversee human resources functions and manage front office administrative operations as needed. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, a CPA designation (active or previously held), and experience using QuickBooks Online. The ideal candidate will have a background in a small, family-owned, or entrepreneurial organization, and possess strong accounting, financial management, and organizational skills. The role requires the ability to thrive in a hands-on position with diverse responsibilities and to support leadership in financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making.
