Associate Vice President, Deal Management, Private Markets

The Company is seeking an Associate/AVP for Deal Management in Private Markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting deal management initiatives across various private market investments, including equity, credit, funds, and real assets. This role involves collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth and timely execution of investment deals, driving operational excellence, and enhancing workflows through technology-enabled solutions to mitigate risks. The Associate/AVP will also be involved in providing tactical deal advisory, managing work streams during investment and divestment processes, and implementing efficient operating models for portfolio management. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a CPA qualification preferred, and a minimum of 5 years' experience in deal finance advisory and transaction management. The role requires a strong understanding of deal closing mechanics and investment structuring in private markets, as well as excellent organizational, time-management, and stakeholder partnership skills. Proactive problem-solving abilities and experience in a fast-paced, multicultural environment are highly desirable. The Associate/AVP will be part of a dynamic team, contributing to global private market investments and supporting transformation programs to enhance operational processes.
