The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for its Financial Services Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic risk management solutions for large, global clients. This role involves the design, marketing, and service management of insurance programs across various industry sectors. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years' of experience in financial lines insurance brokerage or underwriting, with a focus on Directors & Officers Liability, Employment Practices, Fiduciary, Crime, and Special Risk. Key responsibilities include assessing client needs, negotiating with insurance carriers, and acting as the primary negotiator to secure the most effective insurance programs. The role also requires the ability to work closely with team members to understand and deliver on client needs, as well as the capacity to identify and analyze client exposures to develop effective risk treatment strategies. Candidates for this position at the company should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and a broker's license is required.
