The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to play a pivotal role in the organization's next chapter of growth and impact. The CFO will be a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team, responsible for translating ambitious goals into a forward-looking financial strategy. This includes overseeing all aspects of the finance function, from accounting to financial planning and analysis, and ensuring the financial health and long-term sustainability of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in accounting, a proven track record in enterprise financial strategy, and experience in leading finance within complex, multi-entity organizations. Key responsibilities for the CFO will include modernizing financial infrastructure, optimizing core financial systems, and building a more integrated, data-driven, and scalable finance function. The role also involves coaching and mentoring a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, and serving as a trusted thought partner to the CEO and senior leadership. The successful CFO at the company will be an enterprise builder and operational leader, with a deep commitment to the mission and values of the organization. They should be adept at leveraging technology to improve financial operations and decision-making and have a collaborative, empowering leadership style. While experience in the education or nonprofit sector is helpful, it is not required. The candidate should be a strategic financial leader, capable of delivering actionable insights and recommendations, and have a strong focus on fiscal stewardship, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness. The role is a unique opportunity for a leader motivated by impact and scale, and the CFO will be instrumental in shaping the future of the organization and expanding opportunities for the students it serves.
