Corporate Vice President, Third Party & Supply Chain Exposure Management

The Company is seeking a Corporate Vice President for Third Party and Supply Chain Exposure Management. This senior role is pivotal in the risk management division, focusing on the identification, analysis, and mitigation of emerging third-party and supply chain risks. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and advancing the company's third-party monitoring program, leading the analysis and response to significant external events, and enhancing the company's response capabilities. A key aspect of the role is to develop a comprehensive view of extended supply chain risk, including the identification of fourth and nth-party dependencies, and to translate complex risk information into actionable insights for senior management. The role requires a deep understanding of third-party and vendor technology risk management, as well as strong analytical skills and the ability to operate independently. Applicants for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for a degree in a related field, and at least 8 years of experience in third-party risk management, technology risk, cybersecurity, operational risk, supply chain risk, or a related field. A background in financial services or a regulated industry is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cybersecurity and technology risk, experience in evaluating various risk signals, and a proven track record of responding to third-party incidents or emerging threats. Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CRISC, CTPRP, or similar, are also preferred. The role demands a professional with executive presence, the ability to influence and partner across a matrixed organization, and a commitment to driving risk reduction and sustainable growth.
