The Company is seeking a Deputy Chief Program Officer for Housing, Youth Services, and Care Management. This senior leadership role is pivotal in advancing a critical portfolio that serves adults, families, and young people, with a focus on addressing homelessness, strengthening housing stability, and connecting individuals with essential healthcare and care management services. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic and operational oversight of housing and shelter, youth support services, and health home and care management, ensuring program quality, staff leadership and development, financial stewardship, regulatory compliance, and measurable outcomes. Key responsibilities include program integration, housing and shelter leadership, youth support services, health home and care management, staff leadership, quality assurance, financial stewardship, and community partnerships. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a Master’s degree preferred, and at least 8 years of human services experience, including 5 years in a leadership role. The role requires a strong understanding of service systems, public funding, and contracts, particularly in the New York City and New York State context. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in improving outcomes, leading organizational change, and managing complex programs. Experience in housing or shelter services, youth services, and care management is essential, with a preference for those with knowledge of Staten Island’s community and service network. The Deputy Chief Program Officer will be expected to demonstrate a commitment to equity, participant dignity, and trauma-informed care, and to have excellent communication, relationship-building, and decision-making skills.
