Executive Director, Business Management

The Company is seeking an Executive Director, Business Management, to serve as a strategic advisor to divisional leadership and guide financial decision support, business planning, performance management, and strategic analysis across multiple regions. Responsibilities include analyzing financial and operational results, identifying risks and opportunities, translating complex data into executive recommendations, and coordinating financial plans and resource decisions. The role also leads expense and productivity initiatives, strengthens governance and controls, builds cross-functional partnerships, and serves as a key liaison to the broader finance organization. In addition, the Executive Director will lead, coach, and develop a team of regional business managers. Candidates should have at least 10 years of experience in finance, business management, financial planning and analysis, or a related field, with demonstrated expertise in financial planning, performance management, strategic analysis, and executive decision support. Strong financial acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills, people leadership, and the ability to influence across a complex organization are essential. Excellent communication and executive presentation skills, sound judgment, and a commitment to effective risk management are also required. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is preferred; an advanced degree or professional certification, experience supporting a geographically dispersed organization, and advanced financial modeling and data analysis skills are advantageous.
