The Company is seeking an Executive Director, Data Product Owner to join their Connected Commerce Analytics Team. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of developing and driving the data strategy, ensuring the quality and protection of data across various products. This pivotal role involves being accountable for the data lifecycle, from creation to consumption, and setting the roadmap for data strategy. The Executive Director will also be responsible for operating as a senior member of cross-functional product teams, translating business priorities into data capabilities, and influencing the management and leverage of data across the organization. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years' of experience in a data-related field, with a strong background in data management, governance, and technical knowledge of big data platforms or data architecture. The role requires a structured thinker with good business acumen, the ability to manage delivery across multiple workstreams, and a proven track record of executing via internal partnerships. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as is an understanding of Agile development methodology. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with data contracts, data quality, and experience in enabling advanced analytics or machine learning with governed enterprise data. A Master's degree in a relevant field and experience leading geographically distributed or matrixed teams are also desirable.
