The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Enterprise Experience Planning and Integration. The successful candidate will be responsible for connecting various functions and processes to create a seamless experience across the patient lifecycle. This role involves aligning marketing, patient services, medical, advocacy, access, field sales, digital engagement, and enterprise partnerships to reduce fragmentation and ensure a cohesive approach. Key responsibilities include establishing an enterprise view of customer and patient journeys, championing patient and caregiver perspectives, and strengthening continuity across the patient lifecycle. The role also requires the development of governance that aligns leaders around shared priorities and the ability to influence across a complex matrix without direct authority. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a Master's or MBA preferred, and at least 10 years of experience in creating orchestrated customer journeys. A strong background in using data, insights, and analytics to optimize customer experiences is essential, as is experience in marketing transformation within the pharma, biotech, or life sciences sectors. The ideal candidate will have a collaborative approach, be a champion for customer-centric thinking, and possess strong cross-functional leadership and collaborative development experience. Strategic and analytical thinking, as well as the ability to lead large-scale teams, are also desirable. The role demands a professional who can advance a more connected experience for patients, caregivers, and customers, and who is adept at identifying and addressing gaps that lead to fragmented experiences.
