The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Product Management to lead the development and delivery of digital products that have a meaningful impact on the community. The successful candidate will be a strategic and detail-oriented leader with a proven track record of delivering outcomes at scale. Responsibilities for this role include building strategic relationships with senior leaders, engaging non-technical stakeholders on complex topics, and leading a team of product managers to ensure the delivery of best-in-class products. The Executive Director will also be responsible for promoting evidence-based problem-solving, identifying new digital product opportunities, and inspiring a human-centered design approach. Applicants for the Executive Director position must have a baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and at least four years of full-time experience related to the role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. The role requires a leader who can model and promote high design standards, and inclusion, and is adept at presenting to a variety of audiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, be able to navigate organizational roadblocks, and demonstrate a commitment to diversity and a high-performing team.
