The Company is seeking an Executive Director, Senior Lead Securities Product Manager to take on a pivotal role in the strategic execution of the Quantitative Investment Strategies (QIS) product roadmap. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the modernization of the firm's systematic investing capabilities, with a focus on end-to-end ownership of the QIS product roadmap, platform modernization, and the definition of success metrics for strategic programs. This role demands a leader who can automate processes, improve scalability, and lead transformational initiatives in partnership with various teams, including trading, sales, structuring, quantitative research, technology, risk, operations, finance, and compliance. The Executive Director will also be expected to ensure that all initiatives meet regulatory, risk, compliance, and governance standards, and to communicate effectively with executive leadership. Applicants for this role at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' experience in Securities Product Management or a related field, with a strong preference for those with a background in financial services or capital markets.
