Senior Vice President, Data & AI Enablement

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for Data & AI Enablement. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the enterprise data and AI strategy, with a focus on creating a trusted, reusable, and accessible data environment. This role involves establishing and managing data platforms, governance, and enablement capabilities to ensure measurable business impact. The SVP will also be tasked with driving the adoption of AI across the organization, including the development of AI standards, and responsible AI practices. Collaboration with senior executives and leaders across the business is essential to align data and AI priorities, investments, and operating models. Applicants for this role at The Company should have a minimum of 20 years' leadership experience in data, analytics, AI, or a related technology-enabled field, with a strong background in shaping enterprise data strategy and modernizing data platforms. The role requires a deep understanding of modern data and AI capabilities, including applied ML, MLOps, and generative AI. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of translating data and AI investments into tangible business outcomes and will be adept at leading large organizations through transformation. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, and an advanced degree is a plus. Experience in media, advertising, subscriptions, consumer technology, or a similar multi-domain business is preferred. The role demands an executive with exceptional communication skills, a commitment to responsible AI, and a strong focus on data stewardship, privacy, and security.
