Senior Vice President, Data & AI Enablement

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for Data and AI Enablement. This executive will be responsible for leading the enterprise's data and AI strategy, with a focus on creating a trusted, reusable, and accessible data environment that drives measurable business impact. The role involves designing and building the data and AI enablement organization, establishing common platforms and standards, and ensuring the responsible and effective use of AI across the enterprise. The successful candidate will be a key partner to the Chief Product and Technology Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and other senior leaders, aligning data and AI priorities with business goals and driving the adoption of AI-enabled practices. Candidates for this role at The Company should have a minimum of 20 years' leadership experience in data, analytics, AI, and technology, with a strong background in shaping enterprise data strategy and modernizing data platforms. The role requires a deep understanding of data architecture, security, and compliance, as well as a proven track record in leading large organizations through transformation. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree being a plus, and a strong commitment to responsible AI and data stewardship. Experience in media, advertising, subscriptions, consumer technology, or automotive is preferred. The role demands exceptional executive presence, communication skills, and the ability to translate technical topics into business language, as well as a pragmatic, enterprise-minded approach to leadership.
