Senior Vice President, Talent Management Greater New York City, NY Area

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Talent Management to help design and implement enterprise talent initiatives. The role partners with senior stakeholders to embed a skills-driven talent strategy, strengthen leadership pipelines, improve internal mobility, and support consistent talent decisions. Responsibilities include developing scalable frameworks, tools, and governance; advancing enterprise talent assessments and data-informed decisions; and standardizing talent reviews, succession planning, and nominations. The successful candidate will also help shape role expectations, promotion frameworks, and leadership-readiness criteria. Candidates should have experience building scalable frameworks, tools, and processes, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. The role requires the ability to manage multiple workstreams, work effectively with senior leaders, navigate ambiguity, and align cross-functional teams. Strong PowerPoint and storytelling skills are also required. A bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
