Vice President, Finance & Business Management, Affluent Branch Banking Greater New York City, NY Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance and Business Management to support the growth and strategic priorities of its affluent branch banking business. The role partners with leadership and cross-functional teams to evaluate performance, identify opportunities and risks, and guide decisions with data-driven insights. Responsibilities include building financial business cases, analyzing profitability and expenses, developing performance measurement frameworks, and assessing portfolio trade-offs and expansion plans. The successful candidate will also prepare executive-ready recommendations, support roadmap prioritization, and review initiatives after implementation to assess benefits and recommend corrective actions. Candidates should have at least seven years of experience in financial organizations and a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred. Required capabilities include strong financial acumen, analytical and strategic thinking, sound judgment, and the ability to influence stakeholders across functions. Excellent communication and presentation skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and financial reporting tools, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently are also required.
