The Company is seeking a Vice President, Full-Stack Engineer to join its AI Transformation Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying production-grade GenAI and agentic automation solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of business problems and the application of AI-native tooling to accelerate solution design. The Vice President, Full-Stack Engineer will also be expected to partner with product owners, stakeholders, and architects to deliver AI-powered solutions, ensuring they meet the company's standards for regulatory compliance and risk management. Teamwork and a collaborative work environment are highly valued, in line with the company's culture and values. Applicants for the Vice President, Full-Stack Engineer position should have a minimum of 5 years of software engineering experience, with a strong focus on AI-native development tools. Daily proficiency in AI coding tools is a baseline expectation. The role demands hands-on experience in Python and/or Java for backend service development, as well as LLM integration using relevant APIs. A working knowledge of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and experience in designing solutions on major cloud platforms is essential. A Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is required, with a preference for candidates with experience in agentic frameworks and RAG pipeline design. A solid understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC tooling is also preferred.
