Vice President, Global Competition Law, Compliance & Policy

The Company is seeking a Vice President and Senior Managing Counsel to lead its global competition law, antitrust compliance, and policy work. The role includes advising senior business leaders, maintaining and evolving global competition policies, assessing compliance risks, and designing controls, monitoring, and testing programs. The successful candidate will develop training and communications, report to senior leadership and relevant committees, and identify opportunities to improve processes through technology. They will also support regulatory investigations and assess business products, services, and technologies for compliance with competition laws. Candidates should have at least 10 years of antitrust and competition law experience, including work as both outside and in-house counsel, and a deep understanding of U.S. and EU competition laws. Prior responsibility for developing and implementing regional or global in-house antitrust compliance programs is required. Strong project management, process improvement, and communication skills are essential, along with sound strategic judgment, a business-focused mindset, and executive presence.
