The Company is seeking a Vice President, Global Public Affairs to be a key leader in shaping and advancing its global public policy and government engagement strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and responding to a wide range of public policy, legislative, geopolitical, economic, and regulatory developments that impact the business. This role requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of the legislative and regulatory processes, particularly in the context of multinational consumer-facing organizations. The VP will be expected to influence outcomes, build strategic relationships, and provide expert counsel to senior leaders. Key responsibilities include developing and executing global public affairs strategies, representing the company with external stakeholders, and providing timely and actionable intelligence on policy and regulatory issues. Applicants for the Vice President, Global Public Affairs position at the company should have a minimum of 12-15 years' experience in public affairs, government relations, public policy, or regulatory affairs. The role demands a leader with strong analytical, problem-solving, and management skills, capable of operating effectively in complex and fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of advising senior leaders, working across various functions, and leading a team of public affairs professionals. A background in the beauty or consumer products industry is a plus.
