Vice President, Head of Digital Product Engineering Greater New York City, NY Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President to lead the commercial growth, market strategy, and evolution of its digital product engineering practice. Responsibilities include building senior client relationships, identifying and shaping business opportunities, leading product strategy and technical solutioning, and supporting pitches and proposals. The role will champion custom digital products that address needs unmet by standard platforms, while providing executive oversight of engagements and aligning commercial commitments with delivery capabilities. The leader will also establish the practice’s market position, develop repeatable offerings, and guide teams through influence rather than direct people management. Candidates should bring approximately 15 or more years of progressive experience in product engineering, software development, technology consulting, or related fields, including a foundation in hands-on engineering or architecture and subsequent product and commercial leadership. Required strengths include a record of selling custom digital solutions, growing client relationships, leading product discovery and roadmaps, and understanding cloud-native development, modern architecture, full-stack engineering, DevOps, and applied AI. The role also calls for commercial acumen, executive communication, and the ability to lead across industries and matrixed teams. A portfolio of recent relevant work and a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, product management, business, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience—are required.
