The Company is seeking a Vice President of Programs, U.S. to lead the transition to a chapter-based model and drive program excellence and innovation. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, directly managing the Executive Directors of each chapter and overseeing the implementation of the company's service-learning methodology. This role is pivotal in ensuring program quality, staff coaching, and chapter accountability. The VP will be responsible for setting national program priorities, aligning chapter strategies with the company's vision, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. They will also be involved in program development, data-driven impact evaluation, and managing community and school district relationships. Applicants for the Vice President of Programs, U.S. position at the company should be dynamic, mission-driven, and capable of leading a national youth service movement. The role requires a hands-on, field-based leadership approach, with a focus on program methodology implementation, regional strategy, and cross-chapter alignment. Key responsibilities include driving programmatic KPIs, conducting regular site visits, and leading the programmatic portion of performance reviews. The VP will also be expected to collaborate with the Data & Impact team, manage the U.S. immersion program, and lead school district relationships.
