Vice President of Programs & Training

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Programs and Training to lead the development and scaling of its AI-native training programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the program's vision, pedagogy, and architecture, and for defining and iterating on the curriculum to meet the evolving needs of the AI labor market. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in program management, team leadership, and a deep commitment to the mission of economic transformation through equity and tech access. The VP of Programs and Training will also be tasked with full-funnel enrollment, persistence, and builder success, as well as team leadership, operational rigor, and scaling. Applicants must have at least 12 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a management role, and a strong background in designing and implementing learning models. The role demands a hands-on approach, proficiency in using data to drive decision-making, and the ability to integrate AI tools and tech infrastructure into daily operations. The ideal candidate will be a skilled people leader, adept at fostering critical thinking, professional behaviors, and applied technical skills in real-world contexts. They should be prepared to act as national spokespersons and thought leaders, representing the organization at various events and engaging with high-profile partners.
