Vice President of Quality & Population Health Greater New York City, NY Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Quality & Population Health to provide executive leadership across clinical quality, population health, and informatics. The role will develop and guide an integrated strategy, set performance priorities, and ensure readiness for regulatory reviews and reporting requirements. Responsibilities include overseeing outreach and preventive care initiatives, clinical quality improvement, care gap closure, patient safety, and data analytics. The executive will also guide electronic medical record optimization and training, translate performance data into actionable insights, and lead division leaders in advancing measurable improvements in access, equity, and health outcomes. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in public health, healthcare administration, nursing, health informatics, or a related field, along with at least seven years of progressive leadership experience. Experience with HRSA Section 330, UDS, and PCMH requirements is required. The role calls for expertise in quality improvement, population health, healthcare data and reporting, and regulatory compliance.
