Vice President, Program Management Lead Greater New York City, NY Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Program Management Lead to coordinate and advance a global alumni network. Responsibilities include managing program plans, governance materials, budgets, resources, and performance reporting, while coordinating regional initiatives and cross-functional partnerships. The role oversees alumni communications, digital channels, community engagement, and event delivery, and supports talent-related initiatives and member partnerships. It also drives data quality, workflow automation, continuous improvement, and compliance with relevant policies and controls. Candidates should have 6–10 years of progressive experience in program management, alumni or association relations, corporate communications, or large-scale stakeholder management. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required; a master’s degree is preferred. Strong communication, diplomacy, negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills are essential, along with experience managing complex deliverables and collaborating across global, matrixed teams. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, social platforms, CRM or membership databases, digital workflow tools, and web-based community platforms is also required.
