Vice President, Project Finance Portfolio Manager & Risk Controls Officer

The Company is seeking a Vice President to manage a project finance portfolio while overseeing first-line risk and internal controls. Responsibilities include monitoring portfolio performance, preparing leadership reports, tracking credit reviews and covenants, and developing action plans for problem loans. The role also leads business-unit risk assessments, control testing, issue remediation, and compliance activities. Additional duties include credit analysis, due diligence, deal-closing coordination, maintaining policies and procedures, and supporting relationship managers as needed. Candidates should have 3–5 years of portfolio management or structured finance experience, along with credit training and the ability to manage complex project finance portfolios and risk-control workflows. Relevant experience includes credit analysis, portfolio monitoring, operational risk, compliance, and internal controls. Strong communication and coordination skills are needed to work effectively with internal stakeholders and senior leadership. Mandarin Chinese proficiency is an advantage.
