The Company is seeking a Sector Research Strategist to join their Sector ETF Strategy & Research team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth fundamental and quantitative research on assigned equity sectors, with a focus on building expertise in key industries and the economic variables that influence sector performance. This role requires a professional with a solid understanding of equity fundamentals, a working knowledge of macroeconomic developments, and a strong analytical judgment. The candidate should be adept at monitoring financial markets, sector fundamentals, and the competitive ETF landscape to identify trends and investment implications. Additionally, the role involves developing and maintaining research models, databases, and analytical workflows, as well as creating clear and insightful market commentary and educational materials. Applicants for the Sector Research Strategist position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in investment research, asset management, equity analysis, ETF research, or a related field. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is required, with a preference for candidates holding a CFA or CAIA designation, or those making progress toward one. The role demands advanced Microsoft Excel skills, experience with AI tools, and a proven ability to connect economic data, market developments, and investor behavior to form well-supported conclusions. The ideal candidate will have a collaborative working style, be detail-oriented, and possess clear and concise writing and presentation skills. A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, are also essential.
