Vice President, Strategic Business Management

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Strategic Business Management to shape business growth strategy and lead priority initiatives from concept through execution. Responsibilities include solving complex strategic problems, developing data- and consensus-driven recommendations, and coordinating cross-functional projects while managing stakeholder alignment, risks, and delivery. The role also involves analyzing market and competitor trends, translating insights into executive-ready communications, and advising senior leaders. The successful candidate will collaborate across business functions, identify opportunities proactively, and help strengthen team capabilities. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and at least six years of relevant experience in strategy, consulting, business management, or growth roles. They should bring experience developing data-driven strategies, strong quantitative analysis skills—including advanced Excel proficiency—and the ability to structure ambiguous problems and influence diverse stakeholders. Excellent communication skills and advanced PowerPoint proficiency are required to present complex topics clearly to executive audiences. Preferred qualifications include post-MBA experience, strategy-to-execution consulting experience, and experience in financial services.
