The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff for the Chief Financial Officer. This pivotal role involves being the principal strategic advisor to the CFO, shaping and executing priorities across the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading high-impact, cross-functional finance initiatives, driving transparency and accountability, and representing the CFO in key engagements. The Chief of Staff will also be instrumental in building trusted relationships, leading or influencing high-performing teams, and ensuring the CFO's office operates with the highest level of efficiency and effectiveness. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred, and a minimum of 12 years' experience in finance, strategy, business operations, or enterprise transformation. The role requires a candidate with deep financial and business acumen, experience in multi-year financial strategy, and a proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both nonprofit and for-profit financial and regulatory environments, and the ability to translate complex issues into clear, actionable recommendations. Exceptional communication skills, executive presence, and the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion are essential.
