Dean of Academic Affairs

The Company is seeking a Dean of Academic Affairs to lead education and training operations and support the campus’s mission and goals. Responsibilities include overseeing academic programs, schedules, staffing, instruction, and student services, while monitoring retention and attendance outcomes. The Dean will recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate faculty and staff; observe classes; and promote instructional quality through student feedback and faculty development. The role also oversees registrar, student services, and library operations, and includes coaching and mentoring team members. Candidates must hold a master’s degree in education from an appropriately accredited institution, have at least five years of supervisory experience in a college-level setting, and bring at least three years of successful college-level teaching experience. Strong leadership, communication, adaptability, problem-solving, and people-development skills are important. The successful candidate will be able to manage changing priorities and support faculty and staff performance.
