Head of Manufacturing

The Company is seeking a Head of Manufacturing to take on a pivotal role in the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire manufacturing function, from leading frontend and backend operations to building and maintaining processes and standards that support growth and ensure quality. This role demands a hands-on leader with a proven track record in manufacturing, who can drive digitalization, and Lean, and 5S practices, and is experienced in working with ISO 9001. The Head of Manufacturing will also be tasked with preparing the manufacturing process for IATF 16949 and managing various aspects of production, including quality, suppliers, materials, equipment, and data. Applicants for the Head of Manufacturing position at the company should have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar leadership role, with a strong emphasis on decision-making based on data and KPIs. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Croatian and have a good command of English, with a background in electronics manufacturing being a significant advantage.
